Our highly trained professional sales staff will accurately measure your windows using the most high-tech methods available to ensure your shutters will fit right the first time.
	After measuring, we will sit with you and design your shutters in AMI, giving you control on exactly how the shutters will look in your home. Our design process allows you to make all the choices..stain, paint, Textured Trends, hinge colors, rail, frame design and louver sizes, all on an architecturally accurate screen that lets you see exactly what you will get for the finished product.
Using AMI automation completely elminates human error in the layout, design, and calculation process. Your order is transmitted directly to the manufacturing floor with no further alterations needed. Exactly what you see is what will be built on the facility floor.
	Scottsdale Shutters has a long standing relationship with Glen Oaks mills, one of the largest material fabricators in the country. Glen Oaks automated mills complements our fully automated manufacturing process. All materials are delivered directly to our manufacturing facility to our exacting specifications for size and quality.
All materials are received packaged ready for fabrication in our Phoenix facility. All painted products have been pre primed and sanded before cut and assembly to provide the highest possible grade finish.
	Fabrication is achieved in our 26,000 square automated factory. Our tolerances are made to 1/32nd of an inch which minimizes light leakage and maximizes the proper fit.
After cutting and fabrication, the shutters are moved to the assembly phase. All shutters are assembled in press tables to ensure proper alignment and fit.
	Final painting begins after assembly, unless you have chosen one of our stained products, in which all pieces are stained before assembly to ensure an even color and a true furniture grade fininsh. Our painted products go through prep and detail before the final coats are applied. All painted products receive a double topcoat of color.
After painting, before shipping and install, all shutters receive a detailed final inspection. If you live out of the Phoenix area, the shutters will be properly packaged to eliminate potential shipping damage.
	The final product is carefully unpacked and readied for installation.
